- 1 tbsp jelly
- 1 cup baby carrots
- 1 small apple, sliced
Instructions
- Spread peanut butter on one slice of bread.
- Spread jelly on the other slice.
- Press both slices together to make a sandwich.
- Cut the sandwich in half if desired.
- Serve with baby carrots and apple slices.
Notes
- Use any nut butter or seed butter as a substitute.
- Swap jelly for honey or banana slices.
