- Slice zucchinis thinly and evenly.
- Toss slices with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Arrange in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 2 hours, flipping halfway, until crispy.
- Let cool before serving.
