Description

Ingredients

  • 1 large tortilla wrap
  • 2 tbsp hummus
  • 1/4 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup sliced cucumbers
  • 2 tbsp feta cheese (optional)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Lay the tortilla flat on a clean surface.
  2. Spread hummus evenly over the tortilla.
  3. Layer lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, and feta cheese on one half of the tortilla.
  4. Fold the empty half over the filling.
  5. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  6. Toast the folded wrap for 1-2 minutes per side until golden brown.
  7. Cut in half and serve.
