Instructions

  1. Season the chicken breast with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Cook the chicken for 5-6 minutes per side until fully cooked.
  4. Remove the chicken, let it rest, then slice it.
  5. Mix the cooked rice with diced vegetables.
