A classic grilled chicken tikka recipe with tender, flavorful pieces marinated in yogurt and spices.
Ingredients

- 500g boneless chicken (cut into cubes)
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tbsp garam masala
- 1 tbsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix yogurt, lemon juice, ginger-garlic paste, garam masala, red chili powder, turmeric, cumin, coriander, oil, and salt.
- Add chicken pieces and coat well. Marinate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread chicken onto skewers. Grill for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally.
- Serve hot with lemon wedges and fresh coriander.
Notes
- Use thick yogurt for best results.
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of smoked paprika.
- If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes before grilling.
