- 1 jalapeño, seeded and minced

- 2 tbsp lime juice

- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Rub chicken with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until cooked through.
- While chicken cooks, mix peaches, red onion, jalapeño, cilantro, and lime juice in a bowl.
- Let chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
- Top each chicken breast with peach salsa.
