- 4 large whole wheat tortillas

Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Rub chicken breasts with olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until cooked through.
- Let chicken rest for 5 minutes, then slice thinly.
- Spread hummus evenly on each tortilla.
- Layer lettuce, tomatoes, red onions, and sliced chicken on top.
- Sprinkle feta cheese if desired.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla inward and roll tightly.
- Cut in half and serve immediately.
