Description

A fresh and creamy salad with grilled peaches and burrata cheese, perfect for summer.


Ingredients

  • 2 ripe peaches, halved and pitted
  • 200g burrata cheese
  • 2 cups arugula
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp balsamic glaze
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp fresh basil, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Brush peach halves with olive oil and grill for 2-3 minutes per side.
  3. Arrange arugula on a serving plate.
  4. Place grilled peaches and burrata on top.
  5. Drizzle with balsamic glaze.
  6. Sprinkle salt, pepper, and fresh basil.
  7. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • Use ripe but firm peaches for better grilling.
  • Replace arugula with spinach if preferred.
