A fresh and creamy salad with grilled peaches and burrata cheese, perfect for summer.

- 2 ripe peaches, halved and pitted
- 200g burrata cheese
- 2 cups arugula
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic glaze
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp fresh basil, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Brush peach halves with olive oil and grill for 2-3 minutes per side.
- Arrange arugula on a serving plate.
- Place grilled peaches and burrata on top.
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze.
- Sprinkle salt, pepper, and fresh basil.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Use ripe but firm peaches for better grilling.
- Replace arugula with spinach if preferred.
- Add prosciutto for extra flavor.
