Ingredients

- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Mix pumpkin puree, almond butter, and honey in a bowl.
- Add protein powder, oats, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Stir well.
- Press the mixture into a lined baking dish.
- Refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm.
- Cut into bars and serve.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
- Use natural almond butter for best results.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey.
