Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into a lined baking pan.
  3. Beat cream cheese with sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla.
  4. Pour half the cheesecake batter over the crust.
  5. Mix pumpkin puree with spices and swirl into remaining cheesecake batter.
