Description
Spicy chicken lettuce wraps are a quick and flavorful dish. They make a great appetizer or light meal. The spicy chicken pairs well with crisp lettuce.

- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, grated
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sriracha
- 1 tsp honey
- 8 large lettuce leaves
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1/4 cup chopped peanuts
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and ginger. Cook for 1 minute.
- Add ground chicken. Cook until browned.
- Stir in soy sauce, sriracha, and honey. Cook for 2 minutes.
- Spoon mixture into lettuce leaves.
- Top with green onions and peanuts.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Use butter lettuce for best results.
- Adjust sriracha for more or less heat.
- Serve with lime wedges for extra flavor.
