Description

Spicy chicken lettuce wraps are a quick and flavorful dish. They make a great appetizer or light meal. The spicy chicken pairs well with crisp lettuce.


Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp ginger, grated
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sriracha
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 8 large lettuce leaves
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1/4 cup chopped peanuts

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and ginger. Cook for 1 minute.
  3. Add ground chicken. Cook until browned.
  4. Stir in soy sauce, sriracha, and honey. Cook for 2 minutes.
  5. Spoon mixture into lettuce leaves.
  6. Top with green onions and peanuts.
  7. Serve immediately.
