Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Season the wings with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and ginger powder.
- Toss the wings in vegetable oil and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy.
- Mix sweet chili sauce and soy sauce in a bowl.
- Toss the baked wings in the sauce until coated evenly.
- Serve hot with a side of ranch or blue cheese dressing.
