Description

Tender and flavorful yogurt marinated chicken skewers, perfect for grilling or baking.


Ingredients

  • 500g chicken breast, cubed
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • Wooden or metal skewers

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add chicken cubes and coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
  3. Thread chicken onto skewers.
  4. Grill or bake at 200°C (400°F) for 12-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until fully cooked.
  5. Serve hot with your choice of sides.

Notes

  • Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes before use to prevent burning.
  • Adjust spices to your taste.
