Ingredients

- 500g chicken breast, cubed
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Wooden or metal skewers
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Add chicken cubes and coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
- Thread chicken onto skewers.
- Grill or bake at 200°C (400°F) for 12-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until fully cooked.
- Serve hot with your choice of sides.
Notes
- Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes before use to prevent burning.
- Adjust spices to your taste.
- Marinating longer enhances flavor.
